Changed Your Mind?
Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order ensuring that you fill out our Returns Form (see ‘How to return your order’ below).
If more than 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund or exchange your item must be:
If you could return your items with any original packaging or tags that would be much appreciated but not essential.
Any unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Please ensure you contact us first following the below procedure.
How to Return Your Order:
Fill out our Returns Form and submit it to us.
We aim to respond in 1 working day to supply you with our returns address & an RMA number (returns code so we can match your return to your original order).
Return your item(s) to us using a reputable carrier.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us so please make sure it’s securely packaged and won't get damaged in transit. Also, ensure that you have appropriate cover up to the value of the items in case the carrier loses or damages the package & keep a proof of postage until you've had confirmation that we've received your return.
Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If you return an item(s) by mistake we will be happy to return this back to you but you will be charged for the return delivery. Payment will need to be taken prior to us sending the item(s) back to you.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
In the unlikely event that you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us right away on firstname.lastname@example.org where we will get this resolved asap.
In order to have your item replaced or refunded you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Kindly note that fabric by the metre can not be returned or refunded as it is cut to order.
We advise all customers interested in our fabrics to order a sample so you can see the colours and feel the material prior to placing a larger order.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If all is well with the item(s), then we will process your refund right away and credit your original method of payment. You will be refunded the full price you purchased your item(s) at (this includes sale items) plus the original delivery charge.
Delivery charges will only be refunded providing you are returning your entire order. If you are only returning some of the items and keeping others, then we will only refund the cost of the returned items and not the delivery charge.
If you are only returning some of the items and received free delivery on your entire order through a promotional offer (free UK delivery on orders over £75), we will deduct the delivery cost from your refund if the cost of the returned product takes your original order total (excluding delivery) below the £75 threshold.
The number of days it takes for the money to be back in your account is dependent on your bank or credit card provider’s processing times. This can take up to 5 working days.
If your item(s) is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to deduct an amount for lost value (up to the full value of the order) from the amount refunded and we may send the item back to you.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If we have issued your refund but you still haven’t received the payment, please check with your bank or credit card provider as it is most likely an issue with them processing your refund.

To exchange an item, you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. Please refer to our ‘How to return your order’ section above, follow the instructions and send us a completed Returns Form.
